If you received a license key from a reseller’s online store and the modules are not yet activated, you must contact that store (where you made the purchase) to request the initial activation. I only activate modules when the store submits an activation request for a specific key—the store acts as an intermediary.

If you purchased the key directly from me, it has already undergone the initial activation process by the time it is sent to you. For any subsequent module activations, you may contact either the reseller or me directly; ultimately, since I am the only one who can perform the activations, the reseller would simply forward your request to me anyway. Therefore, it is faster and easier to reach out to me directly.

In some cases, you might download the software before the modules have been activated. If this happens, once the activation is confirmed, you should delete the existing version and download the software again from the server.

Install the driver, and only then insert the security key into a USB port.

2. Download and extract the archive containing the installer from https://gendump.ru/upd/GendumpsSetup.7z, then run SetupGendump.exe. Specify an installation folder (different from the one where you extracted the installer); the rest of the installation process will proceed automatically.
Once finished, a shortcut should appear on your desktop, and the program will be ready for use.

5. If an "Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel" error occurs during installation, please check and correct the date/time settings on your computer, verify that your firewall and proxy server configurations are correct, and ensure your operating system is updated to support modern protocols such as TLS 1.2 or higher.

If a key is lost, the activation of modules on a new key will once again be subject to a fee. Please be sure to mention your situation and provide the number of your old key at the time of purchase; a discount is available in such cases.

Yes. The local version works with a USB Guardant key and requires no internet connection.

No. The USB key is not sold separately: at least one paid module must be activated. Module 12 (stock firmware base) is purchased only with a paid module and activates for free.
